In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter, «the Law»), this Privacy Notice is issued under the following terms:

RESPONSIBLE ENTITY FOR PERSONAL DATA

For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, SAVEFRUIT S.A.P.I. DE C.V. and SAVEFRUIT CORP (hereinafter, “the Responsible Entity”) will be the entities responsible for processing the personal data provided by their users and clients (hereinafter, “the Data Subjects”). This includes the collection, use, disclosure, storage, management, and disposal of personal data as established in this notice and applicable legislation.

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

The personal data collected from the Data Subjects includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  2. Transaction information: bank account, card number, transaction time and date, transaction description, amounts involved, and payment methods used.

Personal data will be collected through the form available on the website or via requests sent from email addresses with the domain savefruitcorp.com. The data will be stored on servers controlled by the Responsible Entity to ensure their security.

PURPOSES FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

The personal data collected will be used for the following purposes:

  1. Provide updated information about our products and services, including promotions and news, as well as carrying out related advertising and marketing activities.
  2. Track the purchase of products and services, including identification, verification, clarification, and assistance in the purchase process, as well as the cancellation and tracking of orders and shipments.
  3. Process payments and manage transactions related to the acquisition of products and services offered.
  4. Issue and deliver tax receipts, such as invoices, in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

The Responsible Entity does not request information considered sensitive personal data under the Law, such as religion, sexual preferences, political opinions, among others.

OPTIONS AND MEANS TO LIMIT THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

The Responsible Entity commits to treating the Data Subjects’ personal data with the utmost confidentiality, applying administrative, physical, and technical security measures to prevent unlawful disclosure and to limit its use to what is established in this Privacy Notice. Additionally, the Data Subjects may limit the use or disclosure of their personal data by sending a request through the following means:

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS

In accordance with the Law, Data Subjects have the right to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose the processing of their personal data. To exercise these rights, they must send a request through the email mentioned above. The request must include:

  1. Full name of the Data Subject.
  2. Clear and precise description of the personal data for which they wish to exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition.
  3. Documents proving the identity of the Data Subject.

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE

The Responsible Entity may modify this Privacy Notice at any time due to changes in legislation, internal policies, or any other reason. In the event of substantial modifications, Data Subjects will be notified through the publication of the updated version on the Responsible Entity’s website. The most recent version will always be available on the website.

EXCEPTIONS

According to the Law, there are situations where the consent of the Data Subject is not required for the processing of their personal data. In such cases, the absence of consent or its refusal will not prevent the Responsible Entity from processing the data in accordance with the Law and applicable regulations.
