1. SaveFruit® is placed in our gasifier. This process releases the encapsulated enzymes in the product, initiating the technology application, which takes 45 minutes.

2

2. The enzymes in SaveFruit® are transported from the gasifier to the place where the fruit is located (container, cold room, etc.), gradually saturating the entire space to ensure that the enzyme concentration is appropriate for the volume and quantity of fruit being treated.

3

3. After the area is fully saturated with SaveFruit® enzymes, they begin to interact with the fruits due to their affinity for them. The enzymes remain in contact with the fruits to ensure that all enzymes have interacted with each of the treated fruits or vegatables.

4

4. Finally, the action of the enzymes truly begins. The natural ripening and senescence processes that occur in the fruits are delayed by the enzymes in SaveFruit®. The product’s enzymes compete with the fruit’s enzymes responsible for ripening, slowing down each process as not all of the fruit’s enzymes will be operating at their full capacity.
